The ODA Annual Session will be held at the Greater Columbus Convention Center in downtown Columbus, at 400 North High St, Columbus, Ohio 43215.
The Exhibit Hall will be open on Thursday, September 17 & Friday, September 18. It will not be open on Saturday.

Kegs of Ohio craft beers will be placed in various stations throughout the Exhibit Hall, featuring free pours for attendees. Enjoy bar-friendly appetizers as well. Cash bars will be available throughout the hall for other beverage purchases.

Exhibit Hall Prize Drawing
Shop & Win
Attendees have the chance to win a $500 VISA gift card each day, simply by making purchases in the Exhibit Hall!
To enter, attendees upload purchase receipts to the official Annual Session mobile app, which will automatically tally the amount purchased each day. The app will award the appropriate number of entries for the daily prize drawing.
How it works: If the total spent by an attendee for one day is less than $500, one entry is awarded; if $500-$999 is spent, two entries are awarded, and so on. Prize winners will be announced at the end of Exhibit Hall Hours each day.
TL;DR: the more your customers spend, the more chances they have to win!

Scavenger Hunt
Attendees can enter to win great prizes by finding and scanning QR codes placed throughout the Exhibit Hall & Concourse!
To enter, participants must use the Annual Session Mobile App (coming soon) to scan the codes and earn points.
How it works: The app will automatically award the appropriate number of points for each QR code scanned, and tabulate the points. The participants with the highest number of points each day will win a great prize. No purchase required!

“Best of Show” Contest
Thursday, September 17
Think your exhibit booth is prize-worthy? Get ready to prove it!
A “Best of Show” exhibit contest will be held in the Exhibit Hall on Thursday, and all exhibitors are automatically entered.
Judges (including tradeshow expert, Jefferson Davis) will evaluate each booth, and prizes will be awarded based on elements such as storytelling execution, staff performance, immersive experiences, and attention-grabbing visuals.
In addition, all attendees will be invited to vote for one overall “Attendees Choice” winner. Voting will be held and the winners chosen on Thursday so they will have bragging rights all day on Friday!
Every exhibitor is automatically entered, so you don’t need to do anything except bring your “A game” to the show!
