*** EXHIBITOR NEWS ***

  • Advertise in upcoming issues ODA Today, to promote your participation and make sure attendees look for your booth at the meeting! See Place an Ad for details and a link to submit your ad request.
  • The ODA does not work with third parties to provide hotel reservations or mailing list services. Please do not engage with such companies if they contact you. See the information at the bottom of this page for hotel details and to request a FREE pre-show mailing list.
  • Exhibits Only Passes are available to any dental team member who is not planning to attend courses or other Annual Session events but would like to visit the Exhibit Hall. The pass is available to attendees as part of the registration process, and does not include any other benefits that registered attendees enjoy. Passes are available for one day only during the meeting, and all passes are FREE on Saturday.

Featured Exhibit Hall Events

Passport to Flavor
Thursday, September 25, 4:30 p.m.-6:00 p.m.
Hosted by the ODA Subcouncil on Diversity and Inclusion, food experiences from different regions around the world, representing the heritage of ODA members, will be featured throughout the Exhibit Hall.

Hops & Shops
Friday, September 26, 4:30 p.m.-6:00 p.m.
Kegs of Ohio craft beers will be placed in various stations throughout the Exhibit Hall, featuring free pours for attendees. Enjoy bar-friendly appetizers as well. Cash bars will be available throughout the hall for other beverage purchases.

Enhance your experience at this event! Stations serving snacks, desserts, appetizers, or drinks are available for sponsorship. Choose from stations such as:

  • Beer station (local IPAs)
  • Sweet & Salty Pretzel Station
  • Wing Toss Station
  • Potato Shaker Station

Sponsorship includes signage with company logo at food/drink station. Most beer stations can be positioned inside or close to your booth!

Saturday, September 27, 9:00 a.m.
Start off the morning the right way! Enjoy coffee and donuts in the Exhibit Hall along with attendees.
This event is also available for sponsorship! Includes company name on signage and in other event promotions. Please contact amy@oda.org for details.

Saturday, September 27, 11:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m.
Enjoy lunch in the Exhibit Hall on us!  Vouchers for hall concessions will be provided to all attendees and exhibitors.

Exhibit Hall Prize Drawings

Attendees have the chance to win a $500 VISA gift card each day, simply by making purchases in the Exhibit Hall!

To enter, attendees upload purchase receipts to the official Annual Session mobile app, which will automatically tally the amount purchased each day, and the app will award entries for the daily prize drawing according to the total amount purchased.

For example, if the total spent for one day is less than $500, one entry is awarded; if $500-$999 is spent, two entries are awarded, and so on.  Prize winners will be announced at the end of Exhibit Hall Hours each day.

TL;DR:  the more your customers spend, the more chances they have to win!

Attendees will also have the opportunity to win gift cards each day by visiting specific areas in the Exhibit Hall and scanning a QR code, “scavenger hunt” style.
