ODA Resources for New Dentists

Welcome to dentistry!  Whether you have just graduated from dental school or recently joined the dental profession, the ODA is here to advocate, inform, and serve our dentists. We understand the challenges of getting started. So we’ve organized support, solutions, and savings to make it easier to navigate your new profession.

MATCH Events

Meet Dentists Who are Hiring an Associate

The ODA Subcouncil on New Dentists hosts organized MATCH events to help dentists, dental residents, and dental students who are looking for a job match up with dentists who are preparing for a practice transition or looking to expand their practice.

We host these free events in conjunction with the ODA Leadership Institute and ODA Annual Session. ODA members looking to sell a practice, buy a practice, hire an associate, or become an associate are all invited to attend this unique event.

Check back regularly for more details about upcoming MATCH events. After registering, you will be contacted by the ODA to gather more information to enhance and personalize the process.

Attendees are not required or guaranteed to make a “MATCH” at the event.
