- A preview of Annual Session courses and events is available to download here.
- Did you know that an Exhibits Only Pass is available to any dental team member who is not planning to attend courses or other Annual Session events but would like to visit the Exhibit Hall? This option is available to attendees as part of the registration process, and does not include any other benefits that registered attendees enjoy. Passes are available for one day only during the meeting.
- Plan to attend a NEW webinar created specifically for exhibitors presented LIVE on June 20: Attract More Dental Professionals with In-Booth Demonstrations & Presentations. Find more information and register HERE.
- Exhibit Hall Prize Drawings will be offered to attendees again this year, but with a new twist added with exhibitors in mind! Watch this space for details.

| August 15 | Deadline for cancellations incurring fee of $100 per 10×10 booth (no refunds provided after this date) |
| August 19 | Last date to receive pre-show discount on electricity services ordered from Greater Columbus Convention Center (GCCC) |
| August 23 | Deadline to receive pre-show discount on lead retrieval services |
| August 25 | Deadline for pre-show pricing from show decorator |
| August 30 | First date advance freight storage accepted by show decorator |
| September 5 | Pre-show mailing list requests due (scroll down for info) |
| September 15 | Last date advance freight shipments accepted by show decorator |
| September 19 | First day on-site freight shipments accepted on-site at Greater Columbus Convention Center |

Manufacturers Showcase
Product manufacturers are invited to participate in this new opportunity! Take advantage of our “BOGO” offer (buy one, get one) to add an additional booth space to your configuration.
Use the additional space to provide product demonstrations during Exhibit Hall hours as appropriate, according to your schedule.
The live demos will attract traffic to your booth, and attendees will have an opportunity to learn more about a variety of products throughout the hall, adding more to their shopping experience!
Participating manufacturers will be showcased on signage and pre-show promotions.

Preventative Products Roundtable Breakfast for Dental Hygienists
Friday, September 22, 7:15 a.m. – 8:45 a.m.
Company representatives deliver short (8-10 min) demonstrations about preventative products to small groups of dental hygienists while they enjoy breakfast on Friday morning.
Only SIX slots are available for exhibitor representatives. Please complete and submit an application form for consideration.
This opportunity is offered at no cost to exhibitors!

Thursday, September 21, 4:30 p.m.-6:00 p.m.
Kegs of beer will be placed in various stations throughout the Exhibit Hall on Thursday evening, featuring free pours for attendees! Cash bars will also be available throughout the hall for other beverage purchases.

Enjoy lunch in the Exhibit Hall! Lunch will be provided for all attendees and exhibitors on Friday afternoon. Support provided by OhioDDS and Safco Dental Supply.

Start off the morning the right way – enjoy coffee and donuts in the Exhibit Hall along with attendees.
