Here are some recent examples of how you can save money with your ODA membership.

Regulatory compliance and risk management resources: $145,516.22

  • The ODA regulatory compliance guide helps you avoid fees associated with regulations in Ohio: OSHA, ODH, OEPA or OSDB regulations could cost a dentist $100 to $145,027 in fines or legal fees to fix compliance issues.
  • The ODA’s legal staff is available by phone and email to answer members’ questions. To consult with an attorney, it would cost $200 per hour.
  • Companies charge up to $289.22 for labor law poster packages. The ODA offers these posters free for members to download and print.

  • Credit card processing: $4,221 annual average savings.
  • Electronic claims processing: $438 annual savings.
  • Workers’ Comp group rating: $485 average savings per office per year.

  • Non-members pay a $100 yearly subscription fee to receive the “ODA Today.”
