The 2026 ODA Annual Session Exhibit Hall will feature more than 150 vendors and will have new hours this year, allowing for extended shopping hours on Thursday and Friday, while freeing up Saturday for attendees to take more in-depth courses

New this year, don’t miss your chance to earn up to seven (7) hours of free CE! A variety of great lectures are presented by companies exhibiting at the ODA Annual Session. The CE Stage is located just off of the Exhibit Hall floor, in Exhibit Hall A of the Greater Columbus Convention Center.

Earn up to 2 hours of free CE by attending the Poster Sessions, formerly known as Table Clinics, presented by member dentists, auxiliary staff, dental students, and dental hygiene students.

Be sure to stop by the ODA Membership Booth while visiting the Exhibit Hall. Take time to relax and regroup with cell phone charging stations and comfortable seating. Information on all ODA programs and services will be available. Bring your team to take a photo at the selfie station!

Visit the ODA Services Corp. booth in the Exhibit Hall to speak with an experienced representative about our endorsed products and discounts. Learn about how you can save money with our health benefits plan, group purchasing organization, insurance products and practice resource products.
ODA Foundation Booth
The Ohio Dental Association Foundation is the philanthropic arm of the ODA with a mission of improving the oral health of all Ohio citizens and enhancing the dental profession throughout the state. Support of the ODA Foundation helps fund grants and scholarships. Stop by the ODA Foundation booth to purchase a raffle ticket for a chance to win $10,000 while supporting access to dental care in Ohio!
Shop More, More Chances to Win!
Register your receipts from purchases made in the Exhibit Hall each day to receive chances to win a $500 Visa Card. Receipts can be uploaded on the Annual Session Meeting App for your chance to win the daily prize. The more you spend, the more entries you can earn. Receipts added up to one hour before the close of the Exhibit Hall will be eligible for that day’s prize.
Scavenger Hunt
Use the Annual Session App to scan QR codes posted strategically throughout the Exhibit Hall and cast your vote for the “Best in Show” exhibit booth. Participate and enter to win great prizes!
