Attendees reserving a room at any ODA room block hotel grant the ODA permission to obtain the name holding each reservation and length of stay for the sole purpose of verifying the negotiated room block.
Reservations may be required to be guaranteed by a deposit equal to one night’s rate.

The Hilton Columbus Downtown Hotel is the headquarters hotel of the 2026 ODA Annual Session. Annual Session events and the ODA room block are scheduled to take place in the Hilton which is connected to the Greater Columbus Convention Center. With an addition completed in 2023, the Hilton Columbus Downtown Hotel is comprised of two towers, including the tallest concrete frame built in Columbus in more than 30 years which features 28 floors, an innovative restaurant, FYR, and a rooftop lounge, Stories on High.
