YOUR GUIDE TO THE ODA ANNUAL SESSION EXHIBIT HALL: VENDORS, CE, EVENTS AND MORE

The 2026 ODA Annual Session Exhibit Hall will feature more than 150 vendors and will have new hours this year, open on Thursday, Sept. 17 from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Friday, Sept. 18 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Looking for the latest technology, innovative products and practical solutions to elevate your practice? You’ll find it all in the Exhibit Hall at the 2026 ODA Annual Session. Attendees can browse more than 150 exhibitors, test-drive the latest innovations and connect with the companies shaping the future of dentistry. From trusted industry leaders like Henry Schein, Benco, Patterson and Safco to emerging products and services, there’s something new around every corner.

“Definitely make time to visit the Exhibit Hall,” said Dr. Kyle Jackson, 2026 ODA Annual Session Exhibit Hall chair. “We work hard to bring together vendors from Ohio and across the country representing every aspect of what dentists and their teams need to succeed. It’s a great place to see the latest innovations, get hands-on with products, meet directly with company representatives and find solutions that can make a real difference in your practice. We also want it to be a place where people can connect, enjoy special events and spend time with friends and colleagues. That’s what makes the Exhibit Hall such an important part of Annual Session.”
Attendees will have the opportunity to touch, feel and experience everything from various dental materials, equipment and products, while speaking to knowledgeable sales reps.

“The hands-on nature of the ODA Exhibit Hall really helps all the education we consume come together. Seeing and feeling new technology and talking to experts about what you’ve learned is a great way to decide what is best for your practice and is the perfect way to help elevate patient care,” said Kateland Kiefer, RDH BS, an exhibitor with EMS Electro Medical Systems. “Walk the entire floor, touch everything, talk to everyone, ask questions. You might learn something you didn’t know to ask!”

Laura Daniels, an exhibitor with Clinical Supply Company, said her favorite part about exhibiting at Annual Session is connecting with the people to understand more about current issues and listen and learn from each other.

“One of the biggest benefits of visiting the Annual Session Exhibit Hall is real time demos and an opportunity to discuss and reshape issues and problems in the marketplace,” she said. “We use the meeting to discuss current goings-on in the industry and to really interact with clients to see what needs adjusted, what can be improved and what’s working. It’s that time to meet face-to-face, roll up our sleeves and create solutions.”

New Exhibit Hall hours this year will allow for extended shopping hours on Thursday and Friday, while freeing up Saturday for attendees to take more in-depth courses.

Exhibit Hall Hours:

  • Thursday, Sept. 17 from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
  • Friday, Sept. 18 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
  • The Exhibit Hall will NOT be open on Saturday, Sept. 19.

This year’s Exhibit Hall will be back in Hall A for easier convenience and a shorter walk to the Hilton.

Attendees will have a chance to earn up to seven hours of free CE at the CE Stage located just off the Exhibit Hall floor. A variety of great lectures will be presented by companies exhibiting at the ODA Annual Session.

Attendees can also earn up to two hours of free CE at Poster Sessions (formerly known as Table Clinics), on Friday, Sept. 18 from noon-2 p.m. in the Exhibit Hall.

Shoppers can enjoy free central Ohio craft beers and snacks hosted by participating exhibitors at Hops & Shops on Thursday, Sept. 17 from 4:30-6 p.m. Free lunch will be offered in the Exhibit Hall on Thursday, Sept. 17 from 11:30 a.m.-2 p.m. and Friday, Sept. 18 from 11:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m.
New this year, the Exhibit Hall will feature a Fashion Show on Friday, Sept. 18 from 12:30-1 p.m. hosted by Debora Carrier, RDH, founder and CEO of Twice as Nice Uniforms. The fashion show will feature a variety of clinical attire, including scrubs, lab coats, surgical gowns, and scrub caps, as well as dental-themed accessories and designer loupes. It will also feature professional street clothing provided by local boutique ModeAlise, Carrier said.

“A recent study finds that patients use the first 30 seconds upon entering a dental office to determine if the health care providers are trustworthy,” Carrier said. “While it may seem superficial, the way you present yourself directly affects how you are perceived. When you dress with clarity and intention, you feel and behave differently, and patients respond in kind. Ultimately, dressing professionally has a positive impact on both your bottom line and patient retention.”

Twice as Nice Uniforms will be available in the Exhibit Hall at booth #112 to purchase fashion seen in the show, and ModeAlise boutique will host a pop-up shop immediately following the fashion show.

Shoppers will also have a chance to register receipts from purchases made in the Exhibit Hall each day to receive chances to win a $500 Visa Card. There will also be a scavenger hunt and a “Best in Show” competition with more chances to win great prizes.
