THE COUNTDOWN IS ON FOR ODA ANNUAL SESSION
This year’s Annual Session will feature 44 CE courses presented by 30 expert speakers. Annual Session is Sept. 17-19 in Columbus.
The 2026 ODA Annual Session is Sept. 17-19 in Columbus and will feature CE for the entire dental team, an expansive Exhibit Hall and fun social events. Courses are filling fast, so be sure to register today to reserve your spot.
This year’s Annual Session will feature 44 CE courses presented by 30 expert speakers. Workshops and courses will be available for dentists, dental specialists, hygienists, dental assistants and EFDAs, as well as courses for front desk staff and office managers.
Attendees will have a chance to earn up to seven hours of free CE at the CE Stage located just off the Exhibit Hall floor. A variety of great lectures will be presented by companies exhibiting at the ODA Annual Session.

Our Exhibit Hall will feature more than 150 exhibitors, where attendees can test-drive the latest innovations and connect with the companies shaping the future of dentistry.
New Exhibit Hall hours this year will allow for extended shopping hours on Thursday and Friday, while freeing up Saturday for attendees to take more in-depth courses.
Exhibit Hall Hours:
- Thursday, Sept. 17 from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
- Friday, Sept. 18 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
- The Exhibit Hall will NOT be open on Saturday, Sept. 19.
Annual Session will also feature several special events for the entire dental team, where attendees can connect with friends and colleagues. Popular events include the New Dentist Social and The Bash!

ODA Annual Session provides a great value, close to home. Dental hygienists register for $55, other dental staff members register for $35, and ODA/ADA members register for $120.
Registration is available 24/7 by clicking here. You can also register on-site at ODA Annual Session, but be aware some courses and categories may not be available on-site. If you have already registered, you can continue adding courses to your registration until the course begins or is sold out.
On-site registration hours:
- Wednesday, Sept. 16 from 3 to 6 p.m.
- Thursday, Sept. 17 from 7:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
- Friday, Sept. 18 from 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.
- Saturday, Sept. 19 from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Registration will be located in concourse A of the Greater Columbus Convention Center across from the Exhibit Hall.

Pick up your badge and lanyard on-site
Stop by the Registration Area in Concourse A of the Greater Columbus Convention Center (GCCC) to print off your badge by using the barcode in your confirmation email or simply by providing your name and ID. Any applicable ribbons will also be available on-site. Members of the ODA House of Delegates can pick up their badges on Wednesday at the registration desk at the GCCC or in front of the Aminah Robinson Ballroom on floor #5 at the Hilton Downtown Columbus Hotel starting on Sept. 17.

The Greater Columbus Convention Center (GCCC) address is 400 North High Street, Columbus, Ohio 43215. There are several parking garages located within walking distance of the GCCC. Current daily parking rate is $25.00, but prices are subject to change. All parking garages accept credit/debit cards only; cash is not accepted.
