FROM FREE CE TO 150+ VENDORS: WHAT TO EXPECT AT THE 2026 ODA ANNUAL SESSION

The 2026 ODA Annual Session Exhibit Hall will feature more than 150 vendors and will have new hours this year, open on Thursday, Sept. 17 from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Friday, Sept. 18 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

This year’s ODA Annual Session is Sept. 17-19 in Columbus at the Greater Columbus Convention Center and the Hilton Columbus Downtown Hotel.

“We are thrilled about everything we have to offer at this year’s Annual Session,” said Dr. Sharon Parsons, 2026 ODA Annual Session general chair. “We have a reimagined Exhibit Hall, free live courses on-site, great speakers, plus all of the fun events that you and your teams know and love. You won’t want to miss this year’s event!”

This year’s Exhibit Hall will be back in Hall A for easier convenience and a shorter walk to the Hilton.

“Based on feedback we’ve received from our exhibitors and attendees, the Annual Session Committee has decided to adjust our Exhibit Hall hours for our 2026 meeting,” said ODA Annual Session Junior Exhibits Chair Dr. Ruchika Khetarpal. “This will allow for extended shopping hours on Thursday and Friday, while freeing up Saturday for attendees to take more in-depth courses.”

This year’s Exhibit Hall will be open on Thursday, Sept. 17 from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Friday, Sept. 18 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

New this year, the Exhibit Hall will feature special free CE events off the floor, a Best of Show competition and a fashion show with the latest trends in dental uniforms and scrubs.

As always, attendees can expect hands-on shopping with tips and advice from company representatives and comparison shopping with more than 150 vendors.

This year’s Annual Session will feature 44 CE courses presented by 30 expert speakers. Workshops and courses will be available for dentists, dental specialists, hygienists, dental assistants and EFDAs, as well as courses for front desk staff and office managers.
