The 2025 ODA Annual Session is Sept. 25-27 in Columbus and will feature CE for the entire dental team, an expansive Exhibit Hall and fun social events. Courses are filling fast, so be sure to register today to reserve your spot.

The 2025 ODA Annual Session schedule is loaded with outstanding lectures, workshops, special events and opportunities to reconnect with peers and colleagues.

Continuing Education

Dentists and their teams can choose from 52 different CE courses, plus receive access to up to 14 hours of online CE, free with the cost of registration. Courses are offered to help dentists and team members meet requirements, including OSHA, DEA and OSDB requirements, plus courses for the Oral Health Access Supervision Program (OHASP) and healthcare-provider CPR.

Exhibit Hall

The 2025 ODA Annual Session will also feature an expansive Exhibit Hall with more than 150 vendors. Major dental suppliers on-site include Henry Schein, Benco, Patterson and Safco. Attendees will have the opportunity to touch, feel and experience everything from various dental materials, equipment and products and speak to knowledgeable sales reps.

In-person Exhibit Hall Hours:

  • Thursday, Sept. 25, noon to 6 p.m.
  • Friday, Sept. 26, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
  • Saturday, Sept. 27, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

In addition to comparison shopping, the Exhibit Hall will feature chances to win prizes each day and special events:

  • Passport to Flavor on Thursday, Sept. 25 from 4:30-6 p.m. Hosted by the ODA Subcouncil on Diversity and Inclusion, experience food from different regions around the world.
  • Hops & Shops on Friday, Sept. 25 from 4:30-6 p.m. featuring free central Ohio craft beers and snacks.
  • Dark Roast and Donuts on Saturday, Sept. 27 from 9-11 a.m. Enjoy coffee and donuts on us.
  • Free Lunch on Saturday, Sept. 27 from noon-1:45 p.m.

Come for the CE and Exhibit Hall, but stay for the fun! Annual Session features several special events for the entire dental team, where attendees can connect with friends and colleagues:

ODA Annual Session provides a great value, close to home. Dental hygienists register for $75, other dental staff members register for $45, and ODA/ADA members register for $125.

Registration is available 24/7 by clicking here. You can also register on-site at ODA Annual Session, but be aware some courses and categories may not be available on-site. If you have already registered, you can continue adding courses to your registration until the course begins or is sold out.

  • Wednesday, Sept. 24 from 3 to 6 p.m.
  • Thursday, Sept. 25 from 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.
  • Friday, Sept. 26 from 7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.
  • Saturday, Sept. 27 from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

PICK UP YOUR BADGE AND LANYARD ON-SITE

New this year, your badge will not be mailed to you. Stop by the Registration Area in Concourse B of the Greater Columbus Convention Center (GCCC) to print off your badge by using the barcode in your confirmation email or simply by providing your name and ID. Any applicable ribbons will also be available on-site. Members of the ODA House of Delegates can pick up their badges in front of the Aminah Robinson Ballroom on floor #5 at the Hilton Downtown Columbus Hotel starting on Sept. 25.
