The Ad Interim Committee establishes provisional policies, to be implemented when the ODA’s House of Delegates is not in session, that are essential to the management of the association.

The Strategic Plan Review Committee develops and recommends to the House of Delegates goals, objectives, and strategies to achieve the association’s mission and vision.
