Poster Sessions Application

You will be provided ONLY an 8 ft. standalone table. If you need an electrical outlet please request one by checking the box below. PLEASE ALSO NOTE electrical cords, poster board, easels, and clamps or clips to hold open your presentation ARE NOT PROVIDED. You must bring these yourself.

Poster Sessions must be of an educational nature. Attendees will receive CEU’s, therefore the presentations must meet OSDB standards for continuing education. Applicant must use a separate form for each presentation. Poster Sessions are presented on Friday, September 18, 2026 from 12:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m. This program consists of informal tabletop presentations which can be shown or demonstrated in no more than 15 minutes and repeated throughout the Poster Session period. Setup time is 11:00 a.m. Submission of this application obliges the applicant to present the accepted proposal in person. Poster Session presenters are not reimbursed for any expenses and must pay the applicable convention registration fee. The application deadline for those that wish to be included in the competition is August 19, 2026 and for those that prefer to present without being judged for the competition is September 2, 2026. Posters will be judged for content and presentation. Each presentation will be provided an 8 ft. table, and displays/presentations must stand on their own on the table. Space is limited. Submitted applications will be considered by the ODA Dental Education and Licensure Committee Poster Sessions chairman. No advertising matter, commercial promotion, solicitation or sales of any type are permitted as part of a Poster Session presentation. If a dentist or resident you must be ADA members in good standing.

Although the ODA supplies security service in the Exhibit Hall and makes every effort to maintain security, neither the ODA, the proprietor, nor operator of the Exhibit Hall can assume liability for damage or loss to goods or property. Therefore, each clinician who signs and submits an application which is accepted by the ODA Annual Session Committee expressly releases and agrees to hold harmless the ODA and the proprietor and operator from liability for damage or loss to his or her goods or property.
