Sandusky dentist installed as Ohio Dental Association treasurer
Dr. Andrew Zucker of Sandusky was installed as treasurer of the Ohio Dental Association on Sept. 18 during the ODA’s House of Delegates meeting.
In his role as treasurer, Zucker will serve on the ODA’s Executive Committee overseeing the management of the association throughout the next year.
Zucker is a general dentist in practice in Sandusky. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Dayton and his DDS degree from The Ohio State University College of Dentistry.
He is a current member of the ODA’s Finance Committee, past member of the ODA’s Council on Ethics and Judicial Affairs, past member of the ODA’s Subcouncil on New Dentists, and past chair of the ADA’s Council on Communications. He is a past president of the North Central Ohio Dental Society. He is a fellow of the International College of Dentists, American College of Dentists, and Pierre Fauchard Academy.
The Ohio Dental Association represents more than 5,000 member dentists, nearly 70% of the state’s licensed dentists. ODA member dentists provide more than $40 million in donated care and services annually, and they are bound by the highest ethical standards and have access to superior ongoing education, training and resources.
