The 2012 service kit will be available online and in print in April.

Each booth space is 10 ft. x 10 ft. and includes:

• company identification sign
• complimentary staff registration
• pipe and drape
• aisle cleaning/vacuuming

Booth space does NOT include:

• tables
• electricity
• chairs
• internet service
• carpet
• in-booth carpet vacuuming

Additional items including, but not limited to, those listed above are available through the official show decorator, the Fern Exposition & Event Services and the Greater Columbus Convention Center. Details will be contained in the service kit.

All contracted exhibitors will receive an email notification regarding accessing the service kit online; a hard copy may be requested by contacting the Fern Company directly.

Aramark is the official concessions provider for the Greater Columbus Convention Center. Per their agreement, all food and beverages distributed inside the exhibit hall must be purchased through this company. Exhibitors may not bring in bottled water or any other food or beverage items to distribute during the show. Current pricing and order information can be found at the Greater Columbus Convention Center website, and will be included in the decorator service kit.
