Promotional Opportunities
NEW this year!  Contracted exhibitors  have the opportunity to participate in a "New Product Roundtable"  program for dentists.  Please review the application form for details. The deadline to submit proposals is June 1.

Opportunities such as pre-show mailing lists, advertising, sponsorships, and others are available to confirmed exhibitors who qualify.

Show Decorator and Booth Amenity Information
Fern Exposition & Event Services is the official show decorator.  Learn what is included with booth space and how to order furniture, carpet, and other convention services. 

Exhibit Staff Registration
Please register all staff scheduled to work at your booth by Friday, Sept. 13.

Hotel Reservations
A list of downtown hotels with specially negotiated rates for ODA Annual Session attendees and exhibitors is available here.
