Online floorplan
Review the interactive online floor plan to view available booth spaces, check on your company's booth location, or see where your competitors will be located.

You may complete and submit the application online or print and fax to (614) 486-0381. To fill in and submit the forms on-line you may need to upgrade your Adobe Reader.

Exhibitors are bound to all the terms and conditions as set forth in the exhibition space contract.

Hall Pricing and Availability

Booth space is available on a first-come basis, and is sold individually or in multiples.

Cost … per each 10x10 space:

Premium         $ 1320
Intermediate  $ 1170
Standard         $   995

To reserve space, complete and submit the exhibitor application to the ODA with a minimum deposit of 50 percent of the total booth rental fee. If submitting a contract after July 1, 2010, full payment must be included.

Applications received prior to March 1 will be included in the first round of booth assignments.

Exhibitors contracting by August 1, 2010 will be included in the Exhibitor Directory of the Annual Session Final Program, which is distributed to all attendees at the convention.
