The Governmental Affairs department of the Ohio Dental Association works to protect and advance the practice of dentistry in Ohio.
The Governmental Affairs department not only advocates on behalf of dentists in Ohio, it also work to closely monitor legislative and regulatory issues, on both state and national levels, in order to keep Ohio’s dentists informed. Throughout the year, the ODA actively advocates for the advancement and the protection of the dental profession through ODPAC, the Ohio Dental Political Action Committee, and AdvanceOHIO, a grassroots advocacy network.
