Booth space is available on a first-come basis, and is sold individually or in multiples.
Booth reservations
Application is to be completed and forwarded to the ODA with a minimum deposit of 50 percent of the total booth rental fee. If submitting a contract after July 1, 2008, full payment must be included.
Applications received prior to February 1 will be included in the first round of booth assignments.
Exhibitors contracting by July 1, 2008 will be included in the Exhibitor Directory of the Annual Session Final Program, which is distributed to all attendees at the convention.
