Exhibit Hall Prize giveaway … Donate a prize valued at $500 or more for dentists, or $250 for staff. All registered attendees receive a ticket which must be dropped in the bin in the ODA Membership booth for entry. Participating companies' names will be promoted on signage as appropriate. Annual Session Final Program … Advertising space is available in the official convention program, which contains information about CE courses, special events, and exhibitors participating in the meeting. The program is available to all convention attendees on-site.
Promotional Mailings … Mailing lists will be available for pre-show marketing. Convention artwork will also be available in electronic and sticker formats for your use.
Tear Sheets … One-page flyers will be available for your staff to use on sales visits to dental offices, or to insert in mailings, shipments, or with invoices. (click for sample)
Sponsorships … From continuing education seminars to give-a-ways, many possibilities exist for sponsoring an Annual Session event.
Lead retrieval … take advantage of the affordable InfoCard Plus system to capture your contacts' information electronically (reserve by August 23 for a discounted rate)
