**NEW** Do your customers find it difficult to address in-depth questions or financial arrangements with you during normal exhibit hall hours? This year, you can meet with them privately in your booth on Saturday, Sept. 20, 7:30 a.m. – 9:30 a.m., prior to the official opening of the exhibit hall!
Appointments must be made with attendees in advance, and you must provide info. about your scheduled appointments to ODA staff no later than 5:30 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 19. Attendees will be escorted to your booth at the arranged time.
Since the hall will not be officially open for business, no one without a pre-scheduled appointment will be permitted to enter prior to 9:30 a.m.

Exhibit staff badge requests must be submitted online at www.oda.org/annualcon/exexhibitstaff.cfm by August 22, 2008.
