In our continuing effort to encourage contact between attendees and exhibitors, we have incorporated a new online networking platform designed to provide you with better exposure and access to attendees!
ODAlink is designed as an organizational tool to encourage our attendees to plan their Annual Session experience in advance. In addition to an online itinerary for attendees, expanded exhibitor profiles will be available - which will allow attendees to request one-to-one meetings with your staff at your booth. Plus, you have the opportunity to add more info. about your company, its products, current promotions, and on-site staff than ever before.

Heavy equipment/displays that are wheeled in on carts or dollies must be placed in your booth by Wednesday – only hand-carried items will be permitted in the hall on Thursday. If you do not plan to arrive until Thursday, please consider shipping your display to the show decorator ahead of time; it will be placed in your booth for you.
